Overview

Holly ("we", "our", "us") is a personal AI operating system that helps you manage workflows like email triage, idea management, and more. Your privacy is important to us.

Information We Collect

Google Account Info: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
Gmail Data: If you enable the Email workflow, we request read-only access to your Gmail inbox to score email importance and help you triage. We also request modify access to mark emails as read/unread and apply labels on your behalf.
Usage Data: We store your workflow preferences, settings, and AI-generated scores.

How We Use Your Data

To authenticate your identity via Google OAuth
To read and analyze your emails for importance scoring and categorization
To generate AI-powered draft replies and summaries
To mark emails as read/unread and apply labels at your direction
To personalize your workflow experience

What We Don't Do

We never send emails on your behalf without your explicit consent
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties
We never store raw email content beyond what's needed for processing
We never access emails older than your configured time window (7 or 30 days)

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. We use HTTPS for all communications.

Data Retention

You can disconnect your Google account and delete your data at any time from the Settings page. When you disconnect, all stored email data and tokens are permanently deleted.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Holly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Rights

You can:

Revoke Gmail access at any time via Google Account settings or Holly's Settings page
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data
Contact us with any privacy concerns

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app.
